Today I will tell you recipe of Date & Banana Milkshake which will help you to gain energy and reduce blood pressure during this Ramadan
For milkshake you need:
- 2 Bananas cut in normal slices
- 2 cup Milk
- 1-2 tablespoon Sugar
- 2-3 tablespoon Milk Cream
- 10 dates without seed
- Crushed ice 5-6 cubes
Put cut sliced bananas with dates, half cup milk, sugar and blend it well in electric blender. Then after it well blends, add remaining milk, cream & ice cubes in it. Now blend it again. Serve it in SEHAR & AFTAAR to maintain energy.
