Ingredients
- 1/2 kg Beef mince
- One little Onion (finely slashed)
- 1/2 tsp Red bean stew powder
- 1/2 tsp Garam masala
- Salt to taste
- 3 tbsp. Roasted chickpea powder
- 1/2 tsp Coriander powder
- 1 tsp Ginger garlic glue
- 2-3 Green bean chili
- 1/2 cup Coriander and Mint
- 1 tsp Cumin powder
- 1 tsp Poppy Seeds
Sauce fixings
- 1/2 cup Cooking oil
- 1 tsp Whole flavors
- 1 tbsp. Ginger garlic glue
- 1/2 cup Onion paste
- 1/2 cup Tomato puree
- 1 tsp Coriander powder
- Salt to taste
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric
- 1 tbsp. Red bean stew powder
- 1 cup Yogurt
- 1/2 cup Coriander leaves
- 2-3 Green bean stew
Water as required
Instructions
- In a chopper include meat mince, coriander/mint, cumin powder, little dog seeds, green chilies, onion, red bean stew powder, garam masala, salt, broiled chickpea powder, coriander powder, ginger/garlic glue and mix well.
- Apply water on hands, take a handful of meat blend and make balls.
- In a skillet include oil and fry hamburger blend balls until earthy colored.
- Presently take another skillet include oil and entire zest, cook for a moment. Include ginger garlic glue and onion glue and cook for few moments. Include Tomato puree and blend well. Presently include salt, coriander powder, turmeric, red bean stew powder, blend it well at that point include yogurt, cook for 5-7 minutes.
- Include arranged Koftas, cook for brief at that point include water and let it cook for 10-12 minutes on medium low fire. Add coriander and green chilies to decorate.
- Kofta curry is prepared to serve.
